This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Getting an Official Elk Record
Official records must come from the office that keeps them. In Elk County, use the following routes:
- Certified copies: order them from the Elk County Clerk of the District Court.
- A court date or setting: review the court calendar, then confirm the date with the court clerk.
- A docket sheet: use Kansas CaseSearch or request the register of action from the district court clerk.
- Court records and case files: review the court records options, then contact the court that holds the file.
- A specific district case: run a case search with the party name or Elk case number.
